Pentay is a Sans Serif typefaces family with 10 styles designed especially for editorial design and publications in general. The proportions of the font as well as the metrics and the kerning have been carefully calculated to obtain maximum readability. The fonts also have a complete set of lowercase alternatives and advanced OpenType features. Pentay fonts are also available in Slab Serif versions that complete a typographic system for editorial and corporate design.

Mechanikschrift, roughly German for “mechanical writing”, is a typeface from Noah Rothschild and Victory Type. The aesthetic of this font is just what its name points towards: machine-like structure with a German flare. Minimalism is often associated with German design, and Mechanikschrift is a minimalist typeface. Furthermore, the designs of the characters, outside of the general theme of squared-off corners and angular appearance, are related to Herbert Bayer’s work at the Bauhaus.

The Lamia font is inspired by the work of the most famous calligrapher of the Basque Country, Jose Francisco de Iturzaeta Eizaguirre (Getaria1788-Madrid 1853). His writing method was compulsory in Spanish schools since 1835. His "unpolished Spanish font" tried to be more effective than the more commercial English version by avoiding embellishments and excessive rear tearing. More akin with the liberal values imported by the French, his offerings sought uniformity, speed and efficiency to ensure that those in the less-favored echelons of society had an effective communication tool. From his "general collection of characters of European Letters" published in Madrid in 1833, we have chosen the "lower case pancilla reformed" represented in one of the prints. We have tried to reinterpret it by keeping its essence but also ensuring that it is viable for potential contemporary uses which, thanks to its good readability and effectiveness in longer texts, basically means as a decorative or display font. The upper case was generated using the lower case as a reference.

Premier font was designed by Colin Brignall. Premier Lightline displays all the elegance and sophistacation of the 1920s and 30s and consists of a refined lowercase with high ascenders and generous capitals which can also be used alone. Premier Shaded is an all caps typeface which provides a robust counterpart to the fine elegance of Premier Lightline. Premier Shaded should be used with close or ever overlapping letter spacing and is ideal for strong, eye-catching headlines.

Roelandt BT is another beautiful script font drawn by calligrapher Rob Leuschke. Perfect for informal invitations and documents, the standard semi-connecting glyphs are simple, yet elegant. Its open counters and large x height give it excellent performance in small sizes. Isra, designed by Almamoun Ahmed in 2005, is a modern Kufi and a winner in Linotype’s first Arabic Typeface Design Competition. The highly geometric and condensed form make it ideal for magazine headlines, advertising, and general display usage, while the large body height and clear forms make it suitable for short text settings. The font includes a matching Latin design and support for Arabic, Persian, and Urdu. It also includes proportional and tabular numerals for the supported languages.

Aliykit Open a decorative OpenType font generated from geometry with parallel lines of open and closed forms, by the way they can fit inside the Art Deco style but is part of the design influence of Venezuela in the area of art and cinetic art, his set of characters includes letters for western and eastern European languages and Cyrillic, also provides several ligatures that link between them. It is ideal for decorative display headlines to large sizes.

Buttered Toast is something a lot of people enjoy every day; when I was working on this font I was hoping to create something similar: an uncomplicated font enjoyed by many. The resulting typeface is exactly what is promised on the package: Buttered Toast is unobtrusive, yet quite refined. It may even be taken for granted, but I sure hope it will be used and enjoyed by many. Buttered Toast comes with a generous helping of diacritics.

The typeface was designed after seeing a photocopy of some News Gothic text where the ink had faded on the bottom of each character. As character recognition is generally based on the top half of a character, readability was never compromised. Rather like Antique Olive the characters have a top heavy look when viewed straight on, however, as most type is read at an angle with the top further away than the bottom this top heavy look is diminished.

Pintanina was developed in 2013 with many alternatives of alphabets as ligatures Based on the Comics of Condorito in the headlines, a typography very condensed, in 2015 was redesigned next to andrey kudryavtsev now with a much more finished design and a better Cyrillic and now 2017 with Franco Jonas, takes Pintanina and begins to generate all the Family of Thin, Light Regular, Bold, Extrabold, Black, also contains different dingbats that can be of help in the titles.

Generisch - a german equivalent of generic - sans serif typeface has gain its own place among designers and earn such popularity due to its "simple" design. Generisch is influenced by early grotesk typefaces from early 1900's when sans was starting to get popular and used as a body type. Some old ligatures such as ch ck and ng are present in generisch (not the ct and st tho), old style numeral for better typesetting experience and more.

Bob Alonso’s Aftershock was designed to resemble woodcut or linocut lettering; its irregular shapes make it stand out from its background. Dominant features of this typeface are its generally square forms and its emphasized horizontal strokes. The strong, heavy alphabet makes an overall regular impression in spite of the idiosyncracies of its individual characters. To emphasize the unique contours of the forms, it is best to use Aftershock in larger point sizes and exclusively in headlines.

Terrorista is a homage to everyone who fought against the Millitary Regime in Brazil from 1964 to 1985. The Terrorista Marighella features generous inktraps, fits perfect for small sizes. Terrorista Dilma has the same design as the Marighella, but without inktraps, made for display. Crowd Funded fonts wasn’t really crowd funded… In fact, all of the funding came from me, as I had to buy paper and a new pen to get this font going! Crowd Funded is an all caps display font, which I based on a recent font of mine called Longreach. Crowd Funded is narrower and rounder than Longreach and, in a way, more delicate. »AlphaOne« is my newest addition to the experimental Alpha-font-collection. I just had to do this one! It is based on Paul Renners fonts, but has got nothing to do with them, I just took the widths and some basic forms. No – or hardly no – optical corrections were made to the glyphs. I wanted the pure geometric forms to come to life. This was a lot of fun to design, I especially like the »Q« with the negative tail. I did make four weights, but nothing is normal with this font, so weight doesn’t really mean anything. Have fun!
