OK Corral is a revival of a very old Italian font that you may have seen in the past under the original name of Italian Print. The Lined version of this font has never been known to have a lower case set of letters until now.

ITC Typados is the joint effort of Roselyne and Michel Besnard and is composed of characters in two different senses of the word. First, it is of course made of letters and symbols, clean and legible with generous widths and x-heights. There is a hint of Art Nouveau style in the tapering, brush-like strokes. This typeface is based on ISO 3098, a technical documentation issued in 1974 by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), which proposed a set of characters for use on technical drawings and associated documents. Isotext is based on the original standards but is completely redesigned to fit typographic requirements. Meila Arabic is sibling of Meila with the addition of Arabic glyphs, for Arabic, Urdu, and Farsi. On the inside there is only one line that functions as a counter space.

Environ is a rounded and modular font. Because it utilizes many straight lines, it works well for small blocks of text at small sizes.

Basque is a delicate nineteenth-century upright typeface of angular appearance, reminiscent of Black Letter scripts. The letterforms of the Basque font do not flow, but are made up of straight lines joined to form a rigid shape.

Circling Vultures is an old west slab serif font offered in degrees of aging; Circling Vultures BB is clean, with sharp edges and lines, Circling Vultures Decay BB has rounded corners and distressed lines, Circling Vultures Rot BB is the most worn out option in the set, with flecks of missing "ink" apparent. Each option comes with two variants; a standard upper/lowercase, and an option with smaller caps in the lowercase keys for a total of six fonts in the set.

Milk Drops is a semi-casual-feeling cross between a didone and slab serif display font. Elegant, flourishy, whimsical and bold, as much as one font can be any or all of those things! It has highly contrasting weights, but not so much to take itself too seriously or risk legibility. Playfully, it entertains the teardrop motif wherever it can – in expected areas like the descender of a "y" and the ascender of an "f", but also in some whimsical flourishes. Many of the uses of the teardrop motif are implemented on the terminals and ears where many old prints may have suffered from bleed of ink – answering a "what if" question like "what if those accidental bleeds were designed on purpose?" or "what if a font were designed as though it was already seen through blurry eyes?" Milk Drops also features stencil-like open counters and lots of ligatures (32). Note also, it has some super-nerdy additions like symbols for Bitcoin, Pilcrow, Interrobang and Irony Mark. Language Support Milk Drops is highly versatile – with an impressive count of 470 glyphs, it can accommodate up to 78 latin-based languages.

She did not live to experience her breakthrough as a poet, but today she is considered one of the pioneers of literary modernity – the American lyricist Emily Dickinson (1830–1886). She left behind a life’s work of manuscripts on scraps of paper, note pads and letters – and a last wish, that these were to be burned. Emily’s younger sister Lavinia did not fulfill her wish – and thus preserved the ingenious manuscript-objects for posterity. For Julia Sysmäläinen, designer of the award winning Kafka type family FF Mister K, Dickinson’s manuscripts were an inspiration and a source for creating her new typeface “Emily In White”. Emily In White – named after Emily Dickinson’s preference for white clothes – captures the most filigree letterforms of the poet’s multifaceted writing style. With hundreds of alternates and ligatures and a complex OpenType feature code it manages to revive the lively sequence of single and connected glyphs of a delicate handwriting which has been described as “breezing” and “reminding of bird tracks”. It’s origin is handwritten letters created using a pointed nib on slightly toothy paper. While based on a Roman form, the letters are designed to break out of the mold and dance along the baseline. Among the 964 glyphs are loads of alternate characters and swash letters; a full set of small caps; simple fractions; case sensitive punctuation; and a variety of ornaments, border elements, and flourishes. This font is an orphanage where all the beautiful details of classical grotesque typefaces from the early twentieth century are gathered, and thus living together, are forming a ‘new’, happy family. The aim was to collect my favorite characters in one font. The start was an eclectic collection orientated on British types from the Caslon Doric No. 4, the Monotype Grotesque, the Gill, the Franklin Gothic up to the Transport. In this amalgamation I avoided the narrow apertures in the ‘e’, ‘c’ and in the numerals ‘5’, ‘6’ and ‘9’ and enlarged the x-height dramatically. To the classical slanted form of the italics I added real italic forms for ‘a’, ‘e’ and ‘g’ in order to obtain a more distinguished italic style. DF-Dejavu Pro supports all Latin-based languages (Western, Central-European, Eastern-European, Baltic and Turkish) and includes small capitals, ligatures, inferior & superior numerals and letters, fractions, various numeral styles: proportional lining, tabular lining, proportional old-style, tabular old-style and last but not least a slashed zero.

Walter Brudi's elegant shadowed display font brought to life again and carefully extended with Baltic, Turkish and Central European character sets.

Some words from the designer, Frantisek Storm... Designed by Josef Tyfa in 1959, digitalized by F. Storm in 1996. This Roman and Italic are well-known perhaps to all Czech graphic artists and typographers ever since their release. Although this type face in some details is under the sway of the period of its rise, its importance is timeless, in contradistinction to other famous types dating from the turn of the sixties which were found, after some time, to be trite. The italics live their own life, only their upper-case letters have the same expression as the basic design. Thin and fragile, they work excellently, emphasizing certain parts in the text by their perfect contrast of expression. When seen from a distance they are a little bit darker than the Roman face. Tyfa Roman was released in 1960 by Grafotechna in Prague for hot setting. Later on, Berthold produced letter matrices - "rulers" for Staromat devices, used for manual photosetting of display alphabets. In the eighties it was available on dry transfers of Transotype and today it is offered also by ITC. The meticulously executed designs of the individual letters in the 288 point size are arranged into a set of signs on a cardboard of about B2 in size. The yellowed paper reveals retouches by white paint on the ink. Blue lines mark the baseline, the capital line, the ascender and descender lines and the central verticals of the letters. With regard to the format of the flat scanner, the designs had to be reduced, with the use of a camera, to the format A4, i.e. to the upper-case letter height of about 30 mm. These were then scanned in 600 dpi resolution and read as a bitmap template to the FontStudio programme. The newly created bold type faces derive from Tyfa's designs of the letters "a", "n", "p", the darkness of which was increased further, approximately by 3%, to enhance their emphasizing function. The text designs have hairstrokes thickened by one third; the contrast between thin and thick strokes has been modified, in order to improve legibility, in sizes under 12 points. We have used electronic interpolation to produce the semi-bold designs. Josef Tyfa himself recommends to choose a somewhat darker design than the basic one for printing of books.

Axion is an original design by Alex Kaczun. It is a display font not intended for text use. It was designed specifically for display headlines, logotype, branding and similar applications. The entire font has an original look which is strong, dynamic, machine generated and can be widely used in publications and advertising. Axion is a futuristic, techno-looking and dynamic typeface with elements of machined-like parts containing sharp and rounded edges. This attractive display comes in roman with lower case and lining figures. The font is also available with true-drawn slant italics. Other design style variations include small capitals with old style figures. The large Pro font character set supports most Central European and many Eastern European languages.

I’m not particularly fond of beans. I do eat them, but they’re not my idea of a delicacy… But this font has ‘fairy tale’ feeling to it, and I liked the name Beanstalker. Beanstalker is a hand made font (I used a fineliner to draw the glyphs). It is quite neat and organized, but does come with some rough edges and a bit of texture.

The German designer Peter Huschka created Linotype Chineze, a family of typefaces that resemble the calligraphic strokes found in Chinese characters, in 2002. Using a variety of brush-like elements, Linotype Chinese imbues the Roman alphabet with an Eastern flair. Try out this font in a menu, a comic book, or on food packaging! Like this foreign feeling? Rabid is an inky, messy, super distressed display font. It's part charcoal, part chalk strokes, add a splash a of red and it starts to look like blood. Why SO Serious? It has about 200 glyphs including all those extra pesky foreign features. O Hope you like it.
