Vallassina is named after Vallassina, a village in the valley of the upper tract of the river Lambro in northern Italy. The most important settlement in the area is the town of Asso, from which the valley takes its name. Spasell is a slang of Insubric language, spoken until 19th century by inhabitants of Vallassina, when they used to go out from the valley for business and they didn't want to be understood by the people. What makes this valley unique is that the locals use a unique whistle language to communicate to each other. Vallasina is confidently irreverent yet curiously attractive. Zebra, designed by Janet Valdez of Janworx, is a bold sans serif typeface, heavy on one side, and sporting a realistic zebra animal theme. Both upper and lower case are all caps. Incorporating the stripes into the font eliminates the need to power-clip or edit an existing font to reflect the animal theme. Creating artwork for spirit wear of a team with a zebra mascot has never been easier. This typeface is suitable for use at a large size, and would work well for screen printing, vinyl work and posters.

Genesee JNL is a medium-bold sans serif inspired by the letter shapes of Jeff Levine's Paper Stencil JNL, and named for the river valley that traverses Rochester, New York.

Gears, designed by Janet Valdez of Janworx, was inspired by the popularity of steampunk artwork, for which gears and levers are a defining element. Gears is a single bold typeface, incorporating gears and levers into each glyph in one form or another. It is intended to be used at a large size, and works well in graphics with gradient finishes, textures, and bevels. Lower case letters are uniformly understated, whereas upper case are more elaborate. This typeface is suitable for posters, screen printing, or any general graphics work that requires short words or slogans with high-impact, particularly in a steampunk theme.

Memo, designed by Janet Valdez of Janworx, is a digital version of her own personal penmanship, currently displayed in abundance on sticky notes all over her desk and monitor. Although its basis is in actual handwriting, it's perfectly legible, offering a casual alternative typeface for everyday correspondence or simple things, ranging from event flyers to children's birthday party invitations. Memo performs well at regularly used correspondence sizes, but at a larger size can also be manipulated in graphics software for interesting effects. The letters can be moved randomly from the baseline, overlapped, and then contoured with good results for a casual look.

Andralis was designed by Ruben Fontana in tribute to the designer Juan Andralis. Its handcrafted, strong and robust appearance, maintains at the same time a friendly and human tone. Ivà by Joan Barjau / OpenType, 2 styles.   Ivà, a very personal script based on the handwriting of the cartoonist called Ramón Tosas "Ivà, digitised by Joan Barjau in two plain weights. These fonts were set for the credit titles of a film in 1994 and remain in our collection as an icon of those times.

A poster for Buster Keaton's 1925 classic film "The General" provided the inspiration for this bit of typographic falderal. Essentially a monocase font, the lowercase letters are alternates, so double-clutch the shift key to add visual interest.

Breathless was inspired by movie posters of the Nouvelle Vague era when Jean Seberg and Jean-Paul Belmondo were young and films where in black and white. The hand lettered screen credits for the 1940 film “The Proud Valley” feature a bold, hand lettered sans serif type design with strong Art Deco influences. This is now available as Paducah JNL, which is available in both regular and oblique versions.
