Looks like Pirates of the Carribean? But it's not the original typeface? Google Image Search with "Pirates Fonts" gave:

Read the last paragraph: "And in case anyone was wondering, the fonts appearing in the headings atop this page are Windlass and Treasure Map Deadhand."
